  • during the 1980s to the 2010s, the property was mostly known for its Michelin star restaurant
  • in the 2010s, the hotel and the restaurant received plenty of coverage in major media publications
  • in 2018, the business was sold to the new owners and shut down for two years
  • in 2020, the hotel reopened, reimagined as a well-being escape
