during the 1980s to the 2010s, the property was mostly known for its Michelin star restaurant
in the 2010s, the hotel and the restaurant received plenty of coverage in major media publications
in 2018, the business was sold to the new owners and shut down for two years
in 2020, the hotel reopened, reimagined as a well-being escape
